DAY AND NIGHT:PART 2

GOOD EVENING, INDEED.

I left you right as SKD and I were about to get ready for an evening out with some friends and of course to show her that the we really aren't a sleepy town. We flicked on some mascara, matching lippy, and our best leather and we hit the ground running.

Some pretty cool mirrors at VST

Gotta get a selfie with my #1 girl.

I decided since it was probably the last weekend of nice weather we would go rooftop hopping. We started at Eventide  for some delicious strawberry basil cocktails--they tasted like melted popsicles and are highly dangerous.

Mmmm.
Satisfied customers.

After Eventide we made a quick pitstop at Circa for some nibbles (nothing worthy of talking about) and hopped on the metro to hit the rooftop at The W. I love the W. If you are ever in D.C, you should try and stop by because they have the best views in town. There is a dress-code, and the drinks are a bit pricey, but seriously, it's worth it.  SKD saw the White House and had her heart set on seeing it. So, we walked over and took some early morning snaps.

Scroll down to see some of the photos I took throughout the night.

No, we didn't try to hop the fence.

All of the lights.

All in all, I would say it was one of the most fun nights I have had since moving here. Stay tuned for more adventures, next time, in the Big Apple.
