PB&BROWNIE

Maybe it's wrong, maybe it's gross, maybe it's cheating, I don't care - I love brownie mix. It's easy and cheap, and usually I have all the ingredients right in my kitchen (because I'm weird and don't keep things like milk and flour around).  Generally my baking urge comes at night, when it's probably too late to be making a huge mess in the kitchen, but whatever. I do what I want. 

This particular evening, I wanted peanut butter. And brownies. Hence, my super easy, super delicious PB&Brownies. 

The mix I used required one large egg, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 3 tablespoons of water. 

Plus mix, plus peanut butter. 

Once I mixed it all together and poured it in my pre-greased baking dish, 

it was peanut butter spooning time. 

Then, the swirling. 

Popped it in the 350 degree oven for a little longer than the recommended baking time (since my pan was smaller thus the cakey part was thicker), and then boom. Done. 

Serve with chocolate frosting, melted peanut butter, and the smuggest of looks because damn, is that impressive looking.
